Objective
The main goal was to create two totally different spaces in the same space; Firstly a space to carry out the annual Convention and on the other hand to transform the other room into a circus space, creating a "wow" effect into the attendees when got to pass to the Circus part. We had to bring the guests to the essence of the circus with suitable infrastructures, decorations, animations and shows that reenact perfectly with what a circus represents.





Creative concept

The creative idea consisted of recreating a circus at the highest level, turning a conventional diaphanous room in a unique and unrepeatable space by one day, from the smallest detail until the last show... Once upon a time in circus!


Challenge

The transformation of a space such as "La Fira de Sabadel"l into a room for a Convention for 600 people and on the other hand, and the most complicated one, to transform the other half of the space in a circus and make the attendees feel, once the meeting finished, that they were going to spend a great night in a real circus ambience.


Result

Success in the transformation of the space, creating an effect of surprise in all attendees. A fully open and empty space with industrial appearance , converted into a warm and beautiful circus, staring from the infrastructure, the decoration, the lighting, the circus shows, the master of ceremonies and animations such as carnival stands, typical of the old circus of the past that let the guests spend a great evening where everyone enjoyed the evening getting into
